Every item is printed to order by our UK print partners. Production usually takes 2 to 5 working days, then standard UK delivery usually takes 3 to 7 working days, so most orders arrive within 6 to 12 working days. The delivery cost and estimated date are shown at checkout. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Returns and exchanges
Standard items can be returned within 14 days of delivery if they are unworn, unwashed and in their original condition; please message us first through our Contact page with your order number. Personalised items, made with your own uploaded image or details, can't be cancelled or returned just because you change your mind, so please check your size, colour and preview before ordering. Your statutory rights are not affected: if an item arrives damaged, faulty, misprinted or not as described, including a wrong image, contact us with a photo and we will send a free replacement or a full refund. Nothing is mass-produced in advance: your item is printed when you order it, by our trusted UK print partners. Our designs are created by North Lark Co using a mix of traditional design and AI-assisted tools, and each one is checked before it is listed.

HOW IT WORKS
Choose your colour and size, press Add personalized design, upload one clear photo (JPG or PNG, at least 1500 x 1500 px is best, phone photos are fine) and check the preview. We print your photo scaled to a 10 inch square area on the chest, so crop it square first if you want to control the framing. The product photos show a placeholder graphic where your photo will go.
Every photo is checked by hand before printing. We can't print brands, logos, characters, celebrities, sports teams, other people's artwork or anything unlawful; if there's a problem we'll contact you, and cancel and refund if needed. Your photo is used only to print your order.
