Returns and exchanges

We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, you can return physical items within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition. Please message us first through our Contact page with your order number, and we'll send you the return address. Return postage is paid by the buyer unless the item is faulty.

 

Faulty, damaged or misprinted items

Every item is printed to order by our UK print partners. If your item arrives damaged, faulty or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. You don't need to send the item back.

 

Wrong size

We're happy to help with exchanges. Please check the size guide on each product page before ordering, as each item is made just for you.

 

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of purchase. After that, your item will already be in production.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and check your return, we'll refund you to your original payment method within 5 working days. This doesn't affect your statutory rights.
